Care Home Manager Jobs
Running a care home is no small task. You’ll oversee the day-to-day life of the home, making sure everything meets the highest standards, and supporting your team to deliver brilliant care. If you’ve got a kind nature and a head for organisation, a role as a care home manager could be a perfect fit.

- Build strong relationships with families, regulators, and healthcare professionals
- Manage the care home’s operations, staffing, and standards ensure the highest standards of care are maintained

You’ll be the right hand to the Home Manager, focusing on everything from care planning to compliance, and your calm, can-do attitude will help shape a positive, well-organised home
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team
- Help ensure high standards of care and resident satisfaction
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain and improve care standards.
- Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals in the absence of the Home Manager
