Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated care professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimise care delivery.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
Ideal candidate
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or similar care setting.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in social care.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
