The roles
Hospitality Manager
As a Hospitality Manager , you’ll lead the hospitality team to deliver fantastic service from the dining room to the tea trolley. You’ll be overseeing service, and bringing consistency and a good atmosphere to the resident dining experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Overseeing the hospitality team
- Coordinating dining service with attention to detail
- Collaborating with kitchen and care teams to meet residents’ needs
- Managing food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Hospitality Assistant
Hostesses at Caring Homes are the face of mealtimes. You’ll help serve food and drinks, assist residents at the table and provide the little extras that make a big difference.
Your responsibilities:
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors
- Helping set up and serve meals in the dining area
- Supporting mealtime service, ensuring individual needs and preferences are respected
- Assist with other hospitality tasks as needed
Wellbeing Coordinator
You’ll develop activities and plan events that help each resident stay happy, connected, and engaged. You’ll also take time to understand their backgrounds and interests and make sure there’s always something fun and fulfilling going on. A person-focused role that calls for empathy, energy, and a genuine interest in others.
What you'll bring to the roles:
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You're passionate about creating great experiences, not just serving meals
