The roles
Registered Nurse
You’ll deliver high-quality clinical care with warmth and kindness, working closely with residents and their families to meet their medical needs.
Your responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care with empathy and precision that meets current CQC standards and follows the NMC Code of Conduct.
- Support clinical decision-making
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure joined-up care plans
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of care provided
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families
Clinical Lead
As a Clinical Lead at Caring Homes, you’ll keep clinical standards high. You’ll guide the nursing team, support with assessments and lead on care planning.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead nursing practice and provide clinical guidance
- Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
- Work closely with the Home Manager
- Help, develop, and mentor nursing and care staff
- Champion quality, safety, and compliance
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain CQC standards
Nursing Associate
You’re hands-on, proactive, and passionate about delivering person-centred care. As a Nursing Associate, you’ll support and assist registered nurses and be a vital part of the care team.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide care and support under the guidance of registered nurses
- Help with health monitoring, treatments, and resident wellbeing
- Build strong relationships with residents and families
- Be a friendly, steady presence in the home environment
What you’ll bring to the roles:
- A relevant nursing qualification (NMC registration for RNs and Clinical Leads)
- Calm under pressure and confident in your clinical decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent, person-centred care
