Responsibilities
- Provide focused support to key home/s, helping to maintain high standards of compliance, reporting and care delivery.
- Support Home Managers and Operations Director with specific projects and improvement initiatives, including budget performance, quality, recruitment and operational performance.
- Work alongside Home Managers and the Regional Manager to support turnaround initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of marketing plans to promote the homes and attract residents, colleagues and candidates.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of dedicated care professionals.
Ideal candidate
- Proven management experience within elderly nursing care homes.
- Experience leading turnaround, transformation or service improvement programmes.
- Ideally a Registered Nurse (Preferred).
- A strong understanding of CQC requirements.
- Experience in quality and clinical governance, including audits, care planning and continuous improvement.
- Previous experience within the health and social care sector.
- Passionate and motivated about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- An energetic, committed and approachable manager who leads by example.
- An inspiring leader with the ability to engage, motivate and develop teams through passion, positivity and clear direction.
