No matter what the role, we can provide you with learning and development support from day one. Everyone who joins Caring Homes Group receives a comprehensive induction pack and schedule, which helps guide you through the early stages of your employment with us. A Buddy Scheme and clinical/support mentoring enables new colleagues to flourish.
Everyone who joins us will share our values. That way we can be sure every colleague is focused on providing high quality care, opportunities, choice and success for all those we support and each other.
We recruit with attitude and personality in mind, it doesn’t matter if at first you don’t have all the right skills. Our ethos is to coach, develop and grow our people, ensuring you can reach your potential.
Throughout your career with us, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through our bespoke learning and development programmes, which include national, local and regional-level learning and development, in many cases providing you with nationally recognised qualifications.
We invest heavily in learning and development, we’re quick to recognise and nurture talent. You could be studying for a range of exciting qualifications and we even offer apprenticeships.
