We put people first.  Whether it is an older person at one of our Caring Homes or a person with learning disabilities or Prader-Willi Syndrome supported at a Consensus Service, our approach is clear and consistent: everything we do is based on the best interests of the people we support.

Our philosophy can be seen throughout the Caring Homes Group. We are a well-established and growing company, constantly investing in enhancing the quality of services we offer through our people and in turn offering our people the opportunity to develop their careers. We are dedicated to attracting and retaining the very best people.

Why choose a career at Caring Homes

Maintaining the highest professional standards is absolutely vital to us.  We don’t just rely on the national regulators to ensure we’re doing a good job – we have a dedicated and fully independent Clinical Services Team, who carry out their own inspections and audits, to ensure that each Home and Service is meeting our high standards.

Why choose a career with Caring Homes

The excellent Positive Behaviour Intervention Team (PBIT) at Consensus Support acts as a resource for support staff across the UK. The team’s practitioners use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) to provide a holistic and person-centred approach that seeks to find the cause and function of behaviours that may challenge services. The team supports colleagues to design a range of positive interventions, including proactive and reactive responses, teaching skills and lifestyle changes.
